    Frequently asked questions about pricing

    How does the ticket bundle work?
    Each plan includes a number of tickets per year. As long as you stay within that bundle, you only pay your fixed monthly fee. Selling more tickets than included? We charge the extra tickets at a fixed price per ticket. That price depends on your plan — the larger the plan, the lower the price per extra ticket. This way you scale flexibly without surprises.
    Can I also agree on a per-ticket rate instead of a fixed subscription?
    Yes, for larger volumes it is also possible to agree on a per-ticket rate. You then pay monthly in arrears based on the actual number of tickets sold. This is available for enterprise customers and is always tailored to your needs. Contact us to discuss the options.
    What if I sell more than 50,000 tickets per year?
    We will put together a custom proposal. We have plans for larger volumes with competitive rates, dedicated support and additional capabilities. Contact us and we will put together a suitable proposal within two working days.
    Can I combine Ticketing and Planning?
    Yes, and that is exactly the strength of Ovatic. You combine the modules you need and work from one platform. The costs are the sum of the chosen modules: no extra costs for the combination.
    Are there setup costs?
    No. Advice, configuration, training, data migration, updates and helpdesk are all included in your subscription. You pay your monthly fee and can get started right away.
    Can I white-label Ovatic for my own solution?
    Yes, you can. With our open API and white-label capabilities you can use Ovatic as the foundation for your own ticketing or planning solution. Request a conversation and we will discuss the possibilities.
    What if my ticket volume varies greatly by season?
    You pay a fixed monthly fee for your bundle. We align this to your needs per year. This keeps your costs predictable without being locked into a plan that is too large.
    Can I upgrade to a larger plan?
    Yes, you can switch to a larger plan at any time. We arrange the switch without interruption.
