Are there setup costs for Ovatic Planning?
No, there are no setup costs or licence fees. You pay a fixed monthly fee based on the number of concurrent users. Advice, configuration and training are charged on a time-and-materials basis.
Can I combine Planning with Ticketing?
Yes, absolutely. Ovatic Planning and Ticketing are fully integrated. You manage your calendar, resource planning and ticket sales from one system. Request a demo for a combined proposal.
What does "advice and training on a time-and-materials basis" mean?
Basic implementation is included. Additional training, custom configurations or extra guidance are invoiced based on hours spent. Your account manager will inform you in advance about the expected costs.
How does adding extra users work?
You can create unlimited users; you only need licences for concurrent use. With the 5-user plan you pay €75/month per extra user. With the 10-user plan, 5 extra users are available for €240/month. For larger numbers we put together a custom offer.
How does support work?
All planning plans include helpdesk support by phone and email, plus 24/7 support for urgent situations. You also have a dedicated account manager as your point of contact.
Can I import my existing calendar data?
Yes, during implementation we take care of migrating your existing data. Our implementation specialists guide you step by step so you can go live quickly without data loss.
