Will I lose data when switching?
We import as much as possible from your current system: customers, orders, performances, subscriptions. At the same time, switching is also a good moment to consider what you really want to bring along. Data from an old system is not always clean or complete, and with planning in particular it is sometimes smarter to start with a fresh structure that aligns with Ovatic's capabilities. We discuss this together before we start.

Can I try one module first?
Yes. You can start with ticketing only or planning only and expand later. That is precisely the advantage of an all-in-one platform.
What happens to my ongoing sales during the switch?
We align the timing so there is no interruption. In many cases the old and new system run briefly alongside each other until everything has been transferred.
Can I sell tickets via my own website?
Yes. You can embed the Ovatic ticket shop directly in your own website, so visitors never have to leave your site. Venue rental via your website is also possible: visitors see live availability and submit a request that arrives directly in Ovatic. Read more on the website integration page.
How long does a switch take on average?
That depends on the scope and the change capacity within your organisation. A ticketing implementation can be done in 2–4 weeks. A complete switch including planning takes 4–8 weeks: not only because there is more to set up, but also because two major changes at once demands more from your team. We always look together at what is feasible and create a plan that fits.
